We understand how complex and emotional these types of cases are to our clients and handle each case on an individual basis. Our main offices are in Wheaton, Illinois (across the street from the DuPage County Courthouse). We primarily practice in DuPage and Kane County and serve clients throughout Chicago and the Chicago suburbs. We have represented clients from Wheaton, St. Charles, Aurora, Elgin, Naperville, Lombard, Glen Ellen, Batavia, Geneva, and many cases in Cook County as well.

Our attorneys have two decades of family law experience and understand the legal ramifications and the emotional aspects of these type of cases. You can expect a professional assessment of your case and a compassionate staff to help see you through a difficult and emotional time.

Focused On Clients. Crafting Solutions.

This commitment to the client means developing individually tailored legal solutions that are as candid as they are effective. Clients know where their cases really stand and can make informed decisions as a result.

To position our clients for success, we do more than just go to court with our clients. We excel at crafting the behind-the-scenes legal solutions that clients often do not see: pretrial memos, status hearings, conferences and other detailed processes that make up the life of a case.

When it comes to litigation and trial, both of our attorneys hold experience as prosecutors. They know the courtroom and how to help clients understand when trial does and does not offer them the best opportunity to protect their rights.
