Law Offices of Kim DiGiovanni

Whether our clients need legal guidance in family law or in criminal defense matters, our firm’s focus stays the same: the client. We have purposely structured our firm to keep our clients from getting lost in the legal technicalities that currently surround them.

Kim DiGiovanni began her career by devoting a number of years of public service as criminal prosecutor. As a result, she holds insights into how the other side thinks, insights clients want to have at their disposal during their own defense cases.

Focused On Clients. Crafting Solutions.

This commitment to the client means developing individually tailored legal solutions that are as candid as they are effective. Clients know where their cases really stand and can make informed decisions as a result.

To position our clients for success, we do more than just go to court with our clients. We excel at crafting the behind-the-scenes legal solutions that clients often do not see: pretrial memos, status hearings, conferences and other detailed processes that make up the life of a case.

When it comes to litigation and trial, both of our attorneys hold experience as prosecutors. They know the courtroom and how to help clients understand when trial does and does not offer them the best opportunity to protect their rights.

Our Attorneys

The St. Charles and Wheaton Law Offices of Kim DiGiovanni has committed itself to protecting clients’ rights during difficult times. In doing so, we provide our clients with the objective legal judgment they need to make wise decisions about their futures.

We offer these services in family law and in criminal defense. Clients appreciate our attorneys’ personalized approach in these matters. Because we know our clients and our clients know us, we can tailor our legal advice to the specific needs of their situations. We know there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all legal solution.
